I’ve grabbed soup from Erbert and Gerbert’s a few times now, every time I’m like, yep, this is exactly what I wanted. It shows up hot, tastes fresh, and the chicken wild rice is definitely my go-to. Nothing over the top or fancy, just really good, reliable soup that makes me think, why don’t I order this more often?

I ordered online for pickup and it was ready by the time I got there, so that was nice. The staff was friendly and I didn’t really have to stand around waiting or anything. Sandwich tasted good too. Only thing was the bag didn’t have napkins, and the drink area was kind of a mess, but... yeah, overall it was still a good experience. I’d use pickup again.

I use their loyalty program whenever I pick up lunch, it’s been better than I expected. The points seem to add up quickly, at least compared to some other apps, and I’ve already gotten a couple free sandwiches out of it. I’m still not totally sold because the app does get slow sometimes, which is annoying, but overall it’s easy enough and actually feels worth using.

I ordered Erbert and Gerbert's for lunch, and the sandwich itself was good... flavor was there and it tasted fresh enough. The only issue was that it arrived kind of lukewarm, which definitely took away from it.
The soup was the bigger letdown since it was barely hot. I’d probably give them another try because the food wasn’t bad... just hoping it shows up warmer next time

Delivery was super quick, i’m 100% convinced it couldn’t have gone any smoother. No complaints at all.

I’ve been able to find a spot quickly every time I go, which makes grabbing lunch way easier. It’s one of those things that just makes it less annoying...

I like ordering from Erbert & Gerbert’s because I can tweak my sandwich without it feeling like a hassle.
I’m a little picky with toppings and sauces, so it’s nice being able to add extra veggies, skip the cheese, or switch things around. My order has come out right every time too.

I have a few food restrictions, and compared to a lot of other places I’ve ordered from, this was way less stressful. The options were easy to understand, and they actually followed the notes I added. It was nice not having to explain the same thing over and over. I’d definitely order from here again

The sandwich tasted really fresh, and the veggies had a nice crunch to them 😋 The bread was soft too, which I always appreciate. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but i’d definitely order it again...

We used them for a lunch catering order at work, and the food itself was totally fine. Nothing amazing, but everyone found something to eat. The only issue was that they showed up about 20 minutes late, which made things a little stressful since people were already hanging around waiting and we had a meeting right after. Not a huge disaster or anything, just not ideal...

I had a small mix-up with my order, nothing crazy, but still kind of annoying at first. The staff handled it without acting like it was a huge problem, which I appreciated. They were friendly and got it sorted out fast, so that made the whole thing fine for me. I mean, mistakes happen, and since they fixed it, I’d probably order from them again.

They missed one of my toppings, which kind of confirmed what I already figured might happen with a custom order. Still, the sandwich was decent overall and tasted fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal...

I tried the turkey sandwich it was really good. The bread was soft, everything tasted fresh, and the flavors worked well together. I had it with the soup too, which was a perfect match. Definitely something I’d order again and recommend if you’re looking for a solid, casual lunch

I stopped in for lunch and the sandwich was good, pretty much what I usually expect from them. My order was right, the bread was fresh, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings, which I appreciated.

The only thing was the wait. It didn’t look super busy inside, maybe just a couple people ahead of me, but things were moving kind of slowly behind the counter. I kept checking the time because I was on my lunch break.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad visit at all, just not the quickest one. I’d still go back for a sub, but probably not if I only had a tight window to grab food and get back.

What I like most about this place is how easy it is to get to. It’s right near my work, so for me it’s the kind of spot I can pop into for lunch without feeling like I’m going out of my way. Super handy when I just want something quick and don’t want to turn lunch into a whole outing...

This place was such a nice little break from the chaos of the day. It felt clean, relaxed, and thankfully not loud enough to destroy my soul. it’s a solid spot to sit down, breathe for a minute, and grab a quick lunch without any drama.

I’ve got to say, the mix of subs and soups was great and definitely hit the spot. But as someone who likes having a few veggie choices, I was left staring at the menu like I was in the middle of a culinary tragedy. Just a couple more veggie options would make this place feel complete
